Facilities Maintenance has changed the power outage date for a portion of the School of Engineering to Saturday the 17th from 9AM – 1PM. The outage will affect all office and lab space. All metalization, furnaces & characterization tools will be down for the weekend and possibly part of the following week.
This is just a heads up so you can plan ahead.

The outage will affect all office and lab space. All metalization, furnaces & characterization tools will be down for the weekend and possibly part of the following week.

The Trion RIE/ICP system has been shut down due to the mechanical pump. The
reactive chamber needs sent out for repair. We will update you asap on when it will be back up.
