Acknowledgement

We ask that INRF facility users acknowledge the INRF in any publication that utilizes INRF instrumentation and/or staff assistance. The general acknowledgment should read, “The authors acknowledge the use of facilities and instrumentation at the Integrated Nanosystems Research Facility (INRF) in the Samueli School of Engineering at the University of California Irvine.”
