It will resume next week at the usual time.

• Today (1/3/14) Jake will be leaving at 4:30pm so there will be no lab staff available.
• Lifeng will be out of the country until 1/20/14. He will return the 21st. We will be very short staffed so please plan accordingly.
• Mo and Jake’s hours will be the same as usual.

The proxy reader was installed on the back door of the INRF. Users can now access the cleanroom using their existing INRF/BION card during normal hours and afterhours for those that are qualified. Let us know if you experience any issues.

The wet etch rooms in the BION will be open until 4 pm today.

Jake is still really sick and will not be in the lab again today. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Jake will be out sick today (12/18/13) therefor the acid rooms will be closed.

Jake will be off Monday (12/2) & Tuesday (12/3). The wet etch rooms will be closed for those days.

For the month of December we will be having a couple of closures of the INRF/BION cleanrooms.

1. 12/9 – 12/13 for equipment & infrastructure maintenance.
2. 12/23 – 01/01 for the holiday break.

We will be back January 2nd 2014.
