Optical microscopy images of isolated graphene domains, and a semi-continuous graphene film grown on copper foil via low pressure chemical vapor deposition. Growth is stopped before a full film can form in order to analyze approximate graphene domain size. Both full coverage graphene films, and isolated graphene domains can be grown in the First Nano (Easy Tube 3000) by controlling growth duration. Raman microscopy confirms the presence of mostly monolayer graphene.
