Thank you for visiting the official website for the Micro/Nano
Fluidics Fundamentals Focus (MF3) Center. Our center is composed of academic, government
and commercial institutions across the country dedicated to the development of the basic
science and technology of micro/nanoscale fluidics and their advancement toward
applications in a number of commercial and military arenas.
Invitrogen joins MF3
Welcome to Invitrogen Corporation who joined MF3 at the Associate level in April 2008.
We are very pleased that they are part of the center and we look forward to interacting with
their delegates at upcoming MF3 events. Invitrogen provides essential life science technologies
for disease research, drug discovery, and commercial bioproduction. Their products and services
support academic and government research institutions and pharmaceutical and biotech companies

MF3 in the Media
The MF3 Center has been featured in the UC Irvine Henry Samueli School of
Engineering publication Innovations. The article, entitled "UC Irvine Establishes Center to Study
Small-Scale Fluidic Behavior," gives a nice overview of MF3 and center goals. Please check here:
