Training
A fundamental mission of the INRF is the education of the next
generation of engineers. The INRF is proud to offer
its people and resources to help facilitate the first class
educational goals of the university. The INRF clean room represents
a unique resource to UCI students, faculty and industry
colleagues to learn state-of-the-art methods of design, fabrication,
and characterization of micro-engineered systems, and to collabrate
with researchers from cross-disciplinary backgrounds.
